Weekly check ins, to monitor you are on track.
We can do 3 x 20 minute check ins or 2 x 30 minute checks ins.
I don't limit you to the traditional 1 hour check in, as this leaves too big a gap between check ins, for you to fall off track with your journey.
The RESULTS we will look at:
BODY COMPOSITION, checking on your weight along side your BMI (Body Mass Index) and your body measurement starting with your waistline.
CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH, checking daily step counter, timed stand and walk assessment and general health analysis.
EATING PLAN ANALYSIS, checking food plan with food diary, daily hydration levels, alcohol consumption, processed foods, fruit/veg daily consumption, variables with complex and simple carbohydrates and energy levels.
In depth ANALYSIS of your needs, goals and purpose.
Checking you are on track with your needs specifically to fulfilling with what you need to improve with your life.
Being on track to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and 6 monthly goals.
Checking the set up of your daily, weekly and monthly purpose keeps you visualising and focusing on your journey.
